Selling a car, not buying? Sell my car
Approved dealers see every figure the moment you’re in.
Three windows a week. You’ll know them a week out.
A new auction opens Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am and runs 48 hours. A schedule you can plan capital around.
See what’s running nowOpen for 48 hours. Sealed for the last five minutes.
You see the current high the whole way — then the finish goes blind, so nobody snipes and nobody can collude on a ceiling.
How a lot runs. Figures are illustrative — live numbers are members-only.

One floor: approved resale dealers and export buyers bid the same lots. ‘Exporter’ is a paperwork type on your account, not a lane.
Every bid moves in fixed per-lot steps. Clean rounds, no penny wars — fair for every dealer in the room.
The seller sets a floor before the window opens. If no bid clears it, there’s no sale — the car stays with its owner.
It's dealer-to-dealer the whole way. The current high is members-only — the open web never sees a single bid.
Three numbers. And your deposit pays most of one of them.
You pay to win, hold a deposit per lot, and register once. That's the whole list.
- Winning bid
- Carle fee — 1%
- GST
- Your S$500 deposit, applied
- Back to your balance
Net due within 72 hours of both sides confirming the handover. Below about S$45,800, a win costs you nothing at settlement.
Holds stack. Three live lots is S$1,500 tied up — and you top up before placing a hold your free balance can’t cover.
And the four things we don’t charge:
That's every fee. No listing charge, no subscription, no per-bid cost, no buyer’s premium. Sellers pay nothing — Carle is paid by the dealer who wins.
Owner cars. Log-card verified. Carle checked.
Every lot is a genuine owner's car, backed by its log card. Every bidder is a verified dealership — and Carle's valuation hands you the data to bid right.
- Genuine owner carsListed by the people who drove them — petrol, hybrid, EV, every make. No traders dressing up stock.
- Log-card-backedMake, COE and registration come straight from each car's LTA log card — and the owners count is recorded at Carle's inspection.
- Dispute protectionIf a car isn't as described, you raise a dispute with evidence — and fault decides the deposit, both ways. The rules are below.
- Verified dealers onlyWe check every dealership against ACRA BizFile by hand before activation. No bots, no anonymous bidders.Manual ACRA check · usually within one business day
- The LTA log card
- COE expiry, ARF, PARF eligibility — read off the card, not retyped
- A Carle condition report
- photographed panel by panel, with the faults named
- Provenance
- owners, and whether the car was ours or came in from the seller

Everything you need to bid with margin.
The paper, attached
Every lot is a real owner’s car, log-card verified — OMV, ARF, PARF and COE rebate, mileage and owner count, straight off the LTA data. Verified, not typed in.
Condition, inspected
Many lots carry a full Carle inspection: an independent condition report with a body map, written before any dealer sees the car. The seller pays for that — never you.
The market, read
A depreciation calculator and the model’s market depreciation sit on every lot page in your portal. Bid on what you know, not on what you’re guessing.
- OMV
- ARF
- PARF rebate
- COE rebate
- Condition report
- Attached where inspected
- Market band
- In your portal
Redacted here — the live paper sits on each lot in your portal, and the board shows the cars before you register a thing.
See this week’s boardWin it, then get it on your lot.
You book the meet inside the portal — no phone numbers change hands, and Carle brokers every message. The meet is arranged within 72 working hours of the close, per the dealer terms.
The price is the winning bid. It was locked when the lot closed and it isn’t renegotiated at the door — by you or by the seller.
You pay the seller direct at the handover; Carle never holds the car money. You both confirm it’s done, and your commission invoice follows — due within 72 hours.
- Book the meet in the portal — Carle relays every message
- Inspect and collect the car
- Pay the seller direct — a screenshot is not payment
- Both confirm · the commission invoice follows
Fair both ways — and here’s what that’s worth.
If a car isn’t as described, or the seller doesn’t go through with it, you raise a dispute with evidence. A person at Carle reviews both sides and decides where the fault sits.
Your S$500 comes back in full, and the car passes to the next bidder.
You forfeit your S$500, and the car passes to the next bidder.
Sellers can raise a dispute too. It cuts both ways — which is what makes it safe to bid on a car you haven’t touched.
Who can see the price, and when.
During the 48 hours you see the current high, never who’s behind it. In the final 5 minutes it goes dark for every bidder — including you.
| Who | Open · 48 hours | Final · 5 minutes |
|---|---|---|
| You | the current high | hidden — including from you |
| Other dealers | the same high | hidden |
| The public | nothing | nothing |
| Carle's team | the high | yes — someone settles it |
So nobody snipes, and nobody colludes on a ceiling.
A person checks you. Nothing self-approves.
